Faktor yang menginspirasi film The Raid :

Dalam tulisan tips motivasi kali ini sengaja saya mengangkat film The Raid. The Raid yang mulanya direncanakan berjudul Serbuan Maut, menjadi The Raid: Redemption di Amerika.
Saya ingin membantu sedikit mempromosikan film ini meskipun tanpa saya bantu juga sudah populer. Saya hanya berkeinginan untuk turut berpartisipasi dalam mengenalkan film The Raid kepada masyarakat.
The Raid mengisahkan penyerbuan sekelompok tim polisi (seperti tim SWAT di Amerika) ke sebuah gedung yang dikuasai gembong penjahat. Film ini mengandung nilai budaya Indonesia yang perlu dilestarikan, yaitu seni beladiri Silat. Begitu bagusnya berbagai adegan aksi dan laga di film ini hingga membuat banyak kritikus film melontarkan pujian.
Tapi saya bukannya mau memberikan review film ini. Saya merekomendasikan bagi yang sudah cukup umur agar menonton saja film ini dan saksikan sendiri kehebatan kreativitas dari para pembuatnya.
Saya disini ingin berbagi satu inspirasi yang tersirat di dalam film ini. Bahwa motivasi terkuat adalah cinta. Cinta pada keluarga.
Sebegitu kuatnya motivasi ini hingga mengalahkan rasa takut akan kematian. Ancaman kematian dihadapi sang tokoh dalam film ini demi cinta pada keluarganya. Demi anak yang dikandung istri tercinta, demi sang kakak yang dinanti ayah terkasih.
Mungkin selama ini kita berpikir kalau motivasi yang terkuat itu uang. Orang baru akan bersemangat dalam bekerja jika ada duitnya. Tapi benarkah begitu?
Sebagai contoh; maukah kita melompati sebuah gedung yang sangat tinggi demi uang? Dibayar semilyar pun akan masih pikir-pikir karena taruhannya nyawa. Namun bagaimana jika lompatan yang harus dilakukan itu demi menyelamatkan seseorang yang disayang? Tanpa berpikir panjang tentunya kita akan berani melompat.
Sebegitulah besarnya dorongan motivasi karena cinta. Jadi ingat-ingatlah keluarga yang di rumah ketika kita sedang bekerja. Buat segala usaha kita bermakna. Jadikan semua upaya kita berarti.
